This was are first time shopping at Dewey Ford. We where very please with the whole experience. This is the first time I have purchased a car and had absolutely no stress. Wonderful experience buying my first new car & at this Ford dealership that I'd never been to before. I had a friend along for support. We were met immediately after entering the dealership & asked if we Ford dealership that I'd never been to before. I had a friend along for support. We were introduced to Zach Battani who was very personable, high energy and positive, as well as a good listener. Zach began with questions re: what I was looking for and the type of driving I do - I commute 80 miles a day. I gave him the printout from Dewey's website for the 2011 Focus I was interested in. After checking to verify it was still avaialbel, we went through the features of the Focus before the test drive. He demonstrated the 'hands free' calling I can make when my cell phone is synced with the car's system as well as all seat/mirror adjustments, radio, heat/ac, computer ports, etc. After the test drive on interstate & in-town routes, we covered add'l info/features of the Focus. Zach pointed out that this Focus was built in Wayne, IN. I was happy to have him verify this, as I prefer American made products and have been extremely satisfied with Ford Escorts I had in the past. Zach let me know what each step of the process would be if I chose to purchase the Focus - which I did! I didn't tell him it was my 1st new car until after we'd started the financing portion of the transaction. Zach was as excited as I was to be getting a brand new auto! The financing, paperwork, delivery - everything was smoothless with very little wait. Time went quickly - I didn't realize until we were nearly done that 2 hrs. had passed! In less than 3 hrs. I was driving away in my new Focus, with a good purchase price & interest rate. I know Zach and the other staff were appreciative of my business. I let them know too how happy I was with the entire process. It was a busy Saturday afternoon, but I never felt rushed or neglected. A truly positive, satisfying experience! More

I was pleasantly supprised at the customer service at Dewey Ford. Specifically the salesman named Kevin. I don't want to feel "attacked" when I step foot on a car lot and I don't want to feel pressured. I simply want respect, honesty and their best price. I don't want to spend hours haggling. I was a little disapointed with their initial offer, but eventually I was happy with the deal. I don't have extensive experience with dealers and salespeople, but as I said before this was easily the best of my four. I will reccomend Dewey to friends, family and co-workers, just as I told everyone I new not to deal with Quality Ford in West Des Moines. More

We found a vehicle we liked from Dewey Ford's website, contacted them, and agreed to purchase it through email and telephone correspondence. Beau was very good at working within my budget. I never felt pressured to purchase something I couldn't afford or that was out of my price range. Between me changing my mind on exactly what I wanted and trying to make a deal during the busiest time of the year, it took a couple of weeks to finally drive away in my new Ford Edge. Ultimately though I was satisfied with the price for my trade in, the deal on the new car and the financing terms I received. Mark, Rob and Jessica all stayed past closing to make sure I was able to take delivery in time to receive the $1,500 rebate on the final day of the Ford offer--they even threw in a couple of oil changes. More
