I was set on buying a different brand of car from a different dealer. However, I had always wanted a Mustang. Although the Mustang was more expensive than the other car I was going to buy, I really l different dealer. However, I had always wanted a Mustang. Although the Mustang was more expensive than the other car I was going to buy, I really liked it. Dustin and the finance department really went out of their way to get the sale. I was able to have an extended test drive with the car, the finance department personally called several banks in order to get me the best deal. In the end I went with the Mustang. Although the Mustang was more expensive, the payments ended up very close due to the much better financing options. This is my second car I have purchased from them (previously bought a Ford Fusion several years ago). I have also purchased a car from Charles Gabus in 2005, but the service and price Dewey Ford offers is simply much better. At Dewey I have never felt 'pushed' into buying a vehicle or felt pressured in any way. I despise high-pressure sales tactics and I appreciate Dewey being one of the few local dealers who do not act in this manner. In conclusion, shop around and see the "deals" the other dealers offer you, and then go to Dewey and see how much better they treat you and how much the will save you. When you factor in price, financing, service, and everything else that goes into the overall package, it is hard to beat them. My loyalty to any company only lasts as long as I am treated fairly, and I have always been treated great at Dewey. More
I first inquired about the 2011 Edge online and within the same hour, Stephanie B. contacted by phone and email to let me know all about the Edges they had and all the different options. I told her that I only had two days before I was leaving for vacation and she said that one of those days was her day off but she was willing to come in anyway so I could test drive and look at all the different Edges they had in stock! I believe that really shows what great customer service Stephanie has..to come in on her day off! Once I arrived, she promptly greeted me and we went and looked at every single Edge on the lot...she didnt rush me nor was she ever pushy. Once I found the one I loved, she proceeded to "crunch" the numbers to get me where I wanted to be on payments. We then went over to financing and Stephanie Alber was also great! She was excellent at explaining everything and always had the answer to my questions. If I were to say anything negative about my visit, it would be the amount of time it took to get everything done after I chose the Edge that I wanted, it seemed to take longer than other times I purchased a new car, but I won't complain, since the treatment I received far out-weighed the great experience!! Once all the papers were signed, I worked next with Jessica Jarrell. She was amazing at explaining all of the features of the new My Ford Touch system and the Sync system. My previous Ford also had Sync, so I was a little familiar with it; however, this new system is way better! I just want to say thanks to everyone who assisted me and let everyone know what a great dealership Dewey is!! I will definitely be back!! More
We have been customers since the 90's and wouldn't go anywhere else! Everyone is very friendly, not too pushy like some dealers. I was very happy with my experience with all the people that helped me get my new car. No push, very friendly, answered my questions about what I was getting. I came into Dewey Ford while on a business trip looking to do a bit more research before committing to purchasing a new vehicle. Ron Pink assisted me and was very patient and got me answers to all my ques to do a bit more research before committing to purchasing a new vehicle. We test drove a Ford Fusion Hybrid and I had a few follow-up questions concerning trade-in, financing, and the cost to add a needed accessory. Ron was amazing in that he proactively called me back several times with the information I needed all while not being pushy in the least. The trade in amount he offered for my car was fair and the difference amount was also fair for both parties. All in all, I committed to the purchase of the vehicle and made a trip back to pick up the car the next weekend with my wife. It was a very positive experience and not at all what I had experienced in the past. Even after the purchace, Ron called asking how things were going with the vehicle, again in a friendly way. More
On our first visit to Dewey Ford to start looking for a Program or New car it was a cold windy night and out came Damir to greet us and ask how he could help us find what we were looking for. He was never over powering on selling us just concerned about what we needed and working with us. He found what we were looking for and set up an appointment to test drive. We bought the new Fusion that night and had all the paper work done that night and drove the car home. Very good customer service and never a hint of being pushed into the sale. I will be back to Dewey Ford for my next vehicle. More
I have been dealing with Dewey Ford since 1989, and they still have the greatest staff from top to bottom. Everyone is very friendly and thoughtful. The sales representative, finance, and everyone else made this purchase very easy. The only issue I had was with Syncing my phone. The dealership tried and tried but could not get it to Sync. I found out after wards that my phone is not compatible. Verizon admitted as much when I took the car to them to Sync it. Oh well, a new phone to go with the new car! More
When I arrived at Dewey Ford and saw a car salesperson, Damir, I thought to myself, oh no, here comes a salesperson already. To my surprise, Damir was not the stereotypical salesperson. In contrast, he was very courteous, polite, and respectful. I came to Dewey Ford with a set of criteria for a car I wished to purchase. Through Damir's superb salesmanship and knowledge of not only Ford vehicles, but other automaker's as well, I was then convinced and excited to purchase my new car. Damir worked with me for a good price on the car and was able to finance the car for a monthly payment I was comfortable paying. Throughout the car purchasing process, I was never in dread or regret for purchasing the car, usually something that comes as a part of it due the financial commitment. The staff at Dewey Ford was extremely friendly and everyone I encountered there treated me as a friend. Overall, my experience at Dewey Ford was a good one. I was always treated with fairness and respect. Not to mention from start to finish I was there less than three hours. Damir kept the process rolling. I would highly recommend my friends and family to Dewey Ford. I certainly know I will be coming back when the time comes. More
