I was encouraged to put "excellent" for all of the categories and if not, give them a call to make it right. I think that does show they are committed to customer service. Fortunately I think they probably earned the rating. I went in to look at a Ford Focus but they were out of the Focus (end of the month and memorial day) so I ended up getting a Fusion and LOVED it! I was surprised at the amount I received for my trade-in and they were able to work with me on price and payments. The people were all great and I would return in the future. My only 'minor' issue was how pushy the finance was for the extended warranty and all the after sales 'extras' but the finance dept was able to help me save a few extra bucks a month. Certainly returning next time and would recommend dealership! More

I visited Dewey Ford in Ankeny, Iowa to look at a car in their lot. I was not in any hurry to purchase a new car but needed something before winter hits. There were a few follow up items that I expected to need to remind Beau about. However, he was several steps ahead of me. Much to my surprise, he had taken care of everything! Beau was very easy to deal with, as his personality is very easy-going and pleasant. Not like the typical high-pressure salesman. I plan to work with Beau in the future and tell everyone I know that they should do the same. It is so difficult to find a salesman that you trust, so I feel compelled to share his name. More
