I was asked by a family member to find them a Mustang. I had a poor experience at Gabus (twice) with no help. Not at Dewey, within a minute or two Brett asked very politely if I needed any help. I explained that I was looking for a red Mustang and so we went in to take a look at the inventory. We found one, but couldn't actually locate the vehicle. It ended up looking black instead of red, but Brett stayed with us. The first visit was a couple of hours, but Brett was very helpful and didn't seem to mind. The next day we came back so that the family member could test drive the car. Brett was still very helpful and didn't pressure us, even offering to let us take the car for the weekend. After deciding on that car we went back a few days later to sign paperwork. Their price was actually $500 less than Gabus for the same car on top of the excellent service. Nick, the delivery coordinator also set up the car on the Sync website, something Gabus never did. I would have given a 5 for quality of work, however, I noticed a mark on the paint later when it was home. It looks like whoever buffed the paint put a little too much angle on the wheel and skipped it across the paint. Not a major issue, just an annoyance. I am sure there won't be an issue having them fix it. More

It is nice to see someone take the time to explain their product. This is my third purchase from Dewey Ford, and certainly not my last. Outstanding job to Beau and everyone involved with the sale. It was a Saturday afternoon on a July 4th weekend and we showed up unannounced to take a look at a new truck. Took a test drive and sales consultant did everything to facilitate a sale that day. It takes time to buy a vehicle but the Dewy staff - from sales manager, finance manager, accessory manager - took the stress out of it and got me down the road that day before closing. Was able to get a bed cover and bug deflector installed late that Saturday. I actually enjoyed this buying experience. The Dewey staff was pleasant, patient and professional, never pushed. Even sold me an extended service plan, primarily by letting me conclude that it would be good insurance for piece of mind later on. I have never bought those plans before and resisted the push put on by dealerships. Again, no pushing here. I will definitely look at Dewey for future transportation needs. More
My sales rep Steph really worked her tail off to make a me happy. She worked for 2 months to find my truck. She found it in another state and had it here within a few days. Bypass everyone and go strait to Steph Ballard. She's honest, bright, hard working and fun to work with. There is not a bump in the road she can't handle. I purchased a new 2011 Ford Escape Limited 4x4 on June 30, 2011. My sales person was Dave Geyer and he was awesome. He was able to get the exact vehicle in the color I wanted with the options I wanted. I was treated very fairly on my trade-in (I received the full NADA Average Trade-in Amount). I accidently left my 6 year old son's Nintendo DS in the vehicle I traded in and Dave gave me a call at 9:00 at night to let me know that he found it in the vehicle. I'm very greatful for him calling me on this. Rob Hinds did the financing for me and he was great. I financed with Ford Credit and I received $3,500 rebates as well. He explained everything to me and really appreciate how helpful he was. I closed on my loan and pickedup my new vehicle on the very last day of the month, which is typically the business day of the month for a dealership and they gave me plenty of time to go over things even though I know they were very busy. I would most definately recommend Dewey Ford. My next vehicle will also be purchased from Dewey Ford. Gary Brown More
