Honestly, I was very apprehensive of encountering the prototypical dealership experience where customers are met with aggressive sales tactics and less than honest terms and conditions. However, Dewey Ford was anything but the normal run-of-the mill dealership, and Bradly's approach was sincere and very focused on our individual needs. In the end, he exhibited a true desire to help us secure great deal on vehicle that met all of our needs, and that is exactly what resulted. The experince I had at Dewey was amazing. Everyone worked individually with me and as a together as a team. The energy they put off really put me at ease! Their patience with me was remarkable and I can't beleive I didn't drive them crazy. I at one point started o get fed up with not finding what I wanted and was ready to just go with whatever came along next. But the guys at Dewey wouldn't allow me to do that. They encouraged me to wait and that they would find me what I needed. They are actually the ones who found me the car that I purchased. I fell in love with it immediatley and the kicker... it wasn't even a car that I had in mind!! That is what amazed me most, they listened to what I was looking for, they were sympathetic to what I could afford and they really paid attention and took the time to research everything. It even had extra stuff I didn't even think of!! They worked with me on the price and assited me in finding financing. They also didn't try and push a bunch of unnecessary "extras" on me like most car dealerships do. I told them what I wanted and what I could afford and that is exactly what I got. I am a younger woman and although I have purchased plently of vehicles, I don't know a lot about them. But the great people at Dewey didn't take advantage of that and that is what I call honorable. In the same week I purchased my vehicle at Dewey, 2 of my friends were so impressed with what they did for me that one of them bought a car the same day I did and the other is going in this weekend!! I am moving out of the state very soon, but I can assure you when it's time to purchase my husbands new vehicle next year.... we will be coming back just to get it from Dewey. More
