I was surprised by the dealership from the first moment we got out of our car. My husband is a farmer and was dressed in coveralls that were filthy with a flannel shirt with a rip the size of a deck of ca we got out of our car. I couldn't have been more wrong. An energetic young man with a big smile walked across the parking lot within moments of our arrival. Not only did we arrive close to the closing hour, but on New Years Eve, none the less. He made us feel that time was not important and he did not once look at his watch or even appear in a rush to get out of there. He had a fantastic sense of humor and worked tirelessly to make sure we felt we were valued and got a worthwhile deal. In fact, we were so impressed that we bought 2 vehicles from him that evening.
