I bought a Ford Fusion and it is a GREAT car! I'm very happy with my purchase. Let me back up and say that I absolutely HATE to buy cars. They are very expensive, dealers are often game-playing, and I have no patience for that. In fact I drove my last car for ten years before this. The last four cars I have bought were Dodge not Ford, and honestly I had planned to buy another. I even drove the Dodge Avenger. However, in the interest of getting the best deal on the best car, I decided to head to Dewey Ford and take the Fusion for a drive. I really liked everything about the Fusion so much better than the Avenger. From the perspective of the value of the vehicle, both my test drive and the research I did online, lead me to buy a Fusion. The biggest reason was working with Steve Sexton at Dewey Ford. He was a very down-to-earth kind of guy who was NOT a typical car salesman. He gave me simple, straightforward information, and answered all my questions. I never felt trapped and couldn't leave without buying the car. Both he and Harley Deems were a huge help on the final purchase price. Before we ever did any sort of haggling, Harley came over and told us the car I was looking at was in a newspaper ad and was $5,600 cheaper because of it. WOW! I never even proposed a counter-offer to the sticker price and they came down nearly six grand! I got the protection package as well, and my wife brought the car in for that treatment. The loaner car they gave her while the work was being done was a Mustang! She didn't have to make arrangements for a ride or anything. They gave her a great loaner that made me jealous that I wasn't the one who took it in that day. Overall, they have been fun, friendly, helpful, and I got a great deal! I can't think of anything negative to say. I don't have need of a new car for a while, but with this kind of service, I would gladly go through it every year with Steve and the folks a Dewey Ford! Peter Lucas was our sales agent and was pleasant and good to work with and he treated with respect. Because the loans rates given where in the 3 to 5% range,we chose to go with the 0% interest loan. Our issues began when we were to meet with the business manager to fill out the paper work. There was an extended delay in waiting for him, so we went to dinner. Forty five minutes later, he was still unavailable. Finally he showed up and we went through the paper work. When all of the paper work was completed he said: What were you thinking? in a very condescending tone. He then went on to say how much of a mistake it was to settle for the 0% when we qualified for a 1% loan and could have taken an additional $1500 rebate. When we said we didn't know that was an option. This discussion went on for a bit until we could escape. At the very least, I would have expected a professional to come to us and review our choice and offer the lower interest rate with an explanation. This didn't happen. We filled in a review expressing our dissatisfaction and received a phone call from Zach Battani wanting to hear our view point and to apologize. To make it up to us he offered a car wash. If I may quote my Father in Law: "whoop de do" The Dewey Ford Dealership is a sales machine, impersonal and indignant,if you like buying cars that way have at it, I'll never be back. More

I live three hours from Dewey Ford and wanted to have, as much as possible, a deal in place before making the drive. David Geyer was easy to deal with, answered all of my questions, and gave me a good idea what my trade in would be worth. I then made the trip to Dewey and met David for the first time. He was very friendly and had the two Fusions I wanted to test drive ready to go. Took the first for a drive and it was exactly what I was looking for, so on to the actual deal. Since it was my first attempt an online car shopping my worry was once I was actually at the dealership they would try to nickle and dime me on my trade in. Didn't happen. David got me what I was asking for my trade and also shot me a great price on a new Ford Fusion. No pressure, no nickle and dime dickering. Easiest care deal I have ever made. After my experience with Dewey Ford and David Geyer I am totally sold on using online shopping. Bottom line is online saved me a lot of time and aggravation. The Dewey Ford dealership itself was a pleasure to visit. Everyone I dealt with was professional and friendly. I would recommend Dewey to anyone looking for a vehicle. More

With the season close-out of 2012 Ford Escapes, I thought I could get exactly a package I wanted - without the extras I did not. This was proving to be quite a challenge until I ended up at Dewey Ford. They were more than helpful and determined to find me the right vehicle. They went above and beyond traveling to Minnesota to actually pick-up the exact vehicle I wanted at the right price. The delivery service was above my expectations. Walter took great care in making sure the vehicle was 100% correct. I was able to get an overview of everything and practice using the external keypad to unlock the doors. The staff at Dewey Ford was very friendly and helpful. They responded to e-mails quickly and kept me informed of the status of the vehicle locating process. When you walk up to the building, you will be greeted by friendly individuals who are able to direct you to the area you need to go. This was a great car buying experience - no hidden costs, no pushy sales, just great old fashioned customer service! More
My wife and I have been dealing with Harley Deems and Dewey Ford for the past ten years. When we went in to deal on a new F-150 Harley greeted us and directed us to Adam Ratzlaff. Adam was friendly and courteous. We knew we wanted an F-150 Lariat and what option packages we wanted. Adam entered the information and saw they didn’t have anything on their lot that matched our request so he went to check with Harley to find it at another dealer. They found what we were looking for but the other dealer was reluctant to part with it because they thought they could easily sell it with the option packages it had. So Harley and Adam began checking close matches they had on their own lot. They found a couple and Adam brought them around so we could look at them and test drive if we wanted. We drove one which had most of the options we were looking for but a couple of options we didn’t want or need. The second was really close and even had a couple features we hadn’t thought of and we felt it would be a great vehicle for us. After a short wait, Harley and Adam brought us out a typed offer including trade-in of our 2010 F-150 and every incentive they could find. My wife who prides herself on dealing for the best price didn’t even try to make a counter-offer. It was really a no-hassle negotiation. After a short wait we met with Stephanie Alber to go through the paperwork. Stephanie was friendly and efficient. After a short time we had finished the paperwork and transferred vehicles. We could have driven it home that day but we needed to have a third party vendor transfer a bed lid and install molded mud guards and Linex spray bed lining so we set up delivery two days later. Adam kept in phone contact to make us aware when our truck would be ready. We went in to pick it two days later and were met by Adam and Harley who directed us to Brian Lenz who went over the vehicle with us, describing the features and showing us how they operated. Brian paired our phones up with Sync and made sure they worked. Adam has kept in touch with us since we picked it up to make sure we were completely satisfied. This is the sixth vehicle we have purchased form Dewey in the last ten years and the experiences just keep getting better. Everyone has been great to work with but we can’t say enough about the friendliness and sincerity of Harley and Adam. More

Dustin and everyone else we worked with at Dewey was knowledgeable, professional and personable. We never felt like we were being pressured to buy. They answered all of our questions so we could make informed decisions. They were very fair on our tradeins and very aggressive on price. They did everything they could to earn our business. We haven't yet had the opportunity to use the Service Dept, however if it is as good as their Sales Dept, I'm sure we will be repeat customers. More
A week ago I purchased a used car & discovered a day later there was a big hole in the driver side floor mat. I thought they would have come down on the price of the vehicle I bought, but they did not later there was a big hole in the driver side floor mat. They didn't want to give me much for my car but yet they were asking $4,000 more than what they gave me for my vehicle. They should have either come down in price on the vehicle I purchased or given me more for my trade-in. More

We took the time to drive several different cars. When we did make a choice, Jake was very helpful, professional, and made the process enjoyable. He made sure all of our questions and/or concerns were answered. We drove out of the lot proud owners of a nice car, an enjoyable business transaction, and were introduced to very nice people.
