Our experience at Dewey Ford was rewarding from beginning to end. Ben Praska answered all questions and was very personable, not pushy or insistent. She as well was helpful and knowledgable about all financial questions, warranty and "extras." She was pleasant and personable, she seemed to enjoy her job and it showed with her positive attitude and smile. Josh Reinhart was our delivery coordinator. He was very helpful as he showed me all of the "gadgets" and how they worked. He definitely knows what he is talking about! He gave me his card and encouraged me to call if I had any questions, he was very confident in himself and his knowledge. As we were waiting for paperwork one of the business managers came by to thank us for our business and asked if we needed help with anything else. What I liked most was that at each encounter we were asked if we were being treated well, did we have any concerns that needed addressed and please let them know so they could be rectified. Peter Lucas was superb as a sales person. However, I do not know the name of the person who did the final paper work - I did not appreciate his trying to shove all the extras (add'l warranties etc) down my not know the name of the person who did the final paper work - I did not appreciate his trying to shove all the extras (add'l warranties etc) down my throat. Why can't people accept the answer no - instead of going on and on and on trying to get you to purchase more things? I also was not happy after I decided to buy that I had to wait 3 hours before everything was completed - I had an 80 mile drive to get home and sitting around is not exactly my cup of tea - it was so late (got home at 9:00 P.M.) and was unable to eat before then because I have night blindness and had to get home before dark. I kept telling the guy that did the final paperwork I just wanted to get done and get out of there so I could get home because of my night blindness. It is questionable as to whether I would recommend this dealership because of having to wait so long and the way the personnel with the final paperwork was so pushy. I do, however, recommend Peter Lucas. More

I was looking to buy a 2012 Ford Super Duty and checked with three different dealers. Ron Pink at Dewey Ford had the best price along with knowledge of what he was selling.
