I would definitely NOT BUY FROM DEWEY AGAIN. I have to agree with a previous poster that if you live outside the state then STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! We asked business manager a few questions and received responses like I don't know, I'm not sure, etc. Sales - watch the numbers because they are not transparent. I read through all the paperwork and the MSRP was 3 different values. How can that be? We did buy a car because our current one was junked. When we left the lot Dewey even forgot the Temporary license tag to drive legally. These people are xxxxxxxx! If you buy from Dewey be very very aware of the numbers. Herb even said, " that this whole situation was partially my fault!" are you kidding me - a salesmen telling me it's my fault for being thorough? He even slammed the door out of the business office. Childish behavier. Then the general manager Harley was like ha ha it will be ok you are a Vikings fan trying to soften up the situation. What a joke. TRAIN YOUR PEOPE IN PROFESSIONALISM, INTEGRITY, KNOWLEDGE, ACURACY. That is another thing Dewey kept changing my final price and saying, " I dont recollect that and let me check the tapes of our conversation, which I thought was for training purposes. I believe that is illegal. All I am trying to say BUYER BEWARE! It's your money Good luck if you buy from this Aweful dealer. Question for everyone -do you want to buy from a dealer whose business Manet doesn't know what is going on? Sales manager that doesn't Recollect especially from email where thing were spelled out? Sales manager that tells a customer his fault? Ans a Sales manager who slams the door on you! Yes this happened and is on tape!!! More

I appreciated Ron making the experience as easy as he did.... he took my concerns and needs/wants into check when he suggested the Ford Fusion, hybrid... and so far, I LOVE this car! Getting a lot better mileage than my Edge did, and I'm enjoying being back in a car vs. crossover. Ron suggested a route to test drive the vehicle that gave me lots of chances to see how the car handled, and kept up a lively banter the entire trip. More

They are one of the few dealers that will take the time to listen to your wants and needs and find you experiences that I have had in alot of years. Buying a new vehicle is a big step and a financial investment, and they make sure you are satisfied with your new vehicle. I live in a small town and our own ford dealer can't even come close to what they have to offer. I drive by there every day and laugh about what they missed out on. Ron Pink and Harley Deems, are one of the few salesman I would recommend for anyone to purchase a vehicle from. These two people made my decision easy and smooth. Not only were they courteous and professional with exceptional customer service they were above the rest and few people earn that respect from me so fast. They make you feel at home and no pressure to buy. Thanks for making me proud to own and drive a vehicle purchased from you and Dewey Ford. Justin Carter, was very knowledgeable in the vehicle I purchased. He made sure I was comfortable with my new vehicle and no question was left unanswered. When I left the dealer I felt like I had owned the vehicle for years. Stephanie Alber, was also a great financial adviser. She went out of her way to ensure I had the best deal in interest rates and the correct coverage for my vehicle. Matt Karnatz, was an exceptional individual that answered all of my questions about the needs and wants in a new pickup. Matt is very knowledgeable in service and performance of their products. This Dealership tops them all in every department and service they provide. I would hope that if you were considering buying a new or used vehicle, please take the time and visit with these individuals before you buy, you will not be disappointed. Last but not least. The hardest thing for me to do was to trade in my pickup that I loved so much. I purchased this from Dewey Ford 3 years ago and was treated the same way back then. I have wanted a ford edge for the longest time and I found one in my home town and the dealership would not work with me. So I decided to go out of town and I am glad I did. When i drove on to the Dewey lot I actually had a few minutes to myself to look at a few vehicles without every sales consultant in the place coming out like a pack of hungry hyena's. After I looked around and test drove a few other cars to make sure I was absolutely sure an edge was what I wanted. They were all very helpful in putting me in an edge that was just right for me. Some places presure you into buying something that you really don't want here they work with you and make sure you get what you want. I think that they understand that every case is diffrent and they will work with everyone. I would highly recommend Dewey Ford to anyone wanting great service when getting a car and not leaving with the feeling in your gut that you were taken advantage of. More
