I had been looking at different vehicle makes for quite awhile, but decided on Ford. When I went to Dewey to look around I was not pressured to buy right away and they listened to my requests and worked v awhile, but decided on Ford. Although the vehicle I chose was not in stock, they tracked it down at another dealership and made arrangements to get it to Dewey as soon as possible. While awaiting delivery, Andy checked in with me several times to provide a status update. Once the vehicle arrived, they expedited the paperwork and financing. Although they recommended dealer add-ons there was no high-pressure sales pitch to purchase them. I did purchase the undercoating option and the dealership provided a rental vehicle to me while they had my vehicle in the shop. I was in the market for a New 2012 Ford E250 cargo van. I started shopping around online and found a couple of dealerships that had the particular van I was interested in. I run a business in Iowa City and don't have a lot of time to go back and forth to "bargain" on vehicles. After talking with Bob, I knew Dewey Ford was the right choice for me. Bob had given me a price that was outstanding! The other dealerships couldn't come close, even after I was told, "We all have the same pricing on vehicles, Dewey Ford can't have a better price." Well, that obviously wasn't true. I was very happy with the transactions over the phone with Bob. When I arrived in Ankeny to take delivery of my new van, I found it was clean and Bob had the tank full of gas, ready and waiting for my trip back to Iowa City. I just wanted to say that I had a great experience working with Herb Miller in sales. I visited the dealership a total of 3 times, and everyone that I met was very friendly and accommodating. They were especially nice to my girls, who are 5 and 8, in setting them up with cartoons to watch and providing them with drinks! I was looking specifically for a 2010 Equinox LT, and I had to keep a very precise budget. Even though it took a little longer, Herb stuck with me and was able to find my car at a payment that I could live with.
