Service Center-Great! Cashier-Not great! We take our Explorer to Dewey for all services and have always been happy with their service. My problem is with the cashier. The service center close We take our Explorer to Dewey for all services and have always been happy with their service. My problem is with the cashier. The service center closes at 7pm, but there is supposed to be a cashier available until 8pm (when the entire building closes). My husband had a long day at work and wasn't able to get there until 7:40pm. He was told the register was closed out at 7pm and he could not be helped. What?! No offer to reopen. He offered to leave a credit card number, to call in the morning. Not having a vehicle can be a big deal to most households and she just didn't care. He finally asked if there was ANY way to get his keys. They made him go to the Fleet Farm next door to use the ATM so he could leave cash. When he returned, the doors were locked (still before 8pm). Luckily, she was willing to open it. You are OPEN UNTIL 8pm. Registers get closed out and doors get locked AT 8pm. Any lingerers finish their business and leave. That is how retail works. So either do your job until 8pm or find somebody who will. Rusty was great, though! More
