During the purchase, I also bought a package of three oil changes to include tire rotations. Took the car in at 3000 miles for oil change and tire rotation. Have a receipt stating vehicle checked out well. Oil changed and tires rotated. A week prior to the oil change/rotation service noticed a small bit of damage to the right front tire. Took it to a tire dealer to see if it needed replaced. Tire was good to go. If you haven’t guessed it by now, it was the right front tire and that’s where it is today. Right front. Was not rotated. Now I don’t have any confidence that the vehicle was inspected or if the oil change was even performed. No confidence in the dealer means no more service there. Beware buying prepaid oil change and tire rotations from them. I’ll probably chuck the remaining two and chalk them up to a bade choice made by me. I hope the dealer management reads this...I’m gone. More

They came in very low on our truck, I was so surprised at the amount they put out. I wanted to leave right off the bat but my husband wanted that pickup and so hoped that this dealership wasn't just blowing smoke on helping their customers get a pickup. But after we saw all the cars and trucks in their lots; we started to really wonder if they would help us get the truck bought. Guess what we didn't get it done. So will we return? No, we will share with people the wonderful service we got. I wouldn't want someone to get their hopes up like we did to have the rug pulled out from under us. But you are in luck Dewey Ford we won't come through your doors again! I do wish people would be honest Andy said he would call us one way or the other about the truck. But he never called he had moved on to someone else. We were old news.... More
Rusty is the only reason, I returned to this Dealership! I had a Mustang Serviced numerous times at Dewey Ford, Rusty Bogue was my first contact and he is a kind, knowledgeable, professional at this Dealersh I had a Mustang Serviced numerous times at Dewey Ford, Rusty Bogue was my first contact and he is a kind, knowledgeable, professional at this Dealership. I did ask for guidance on buying a newer vehicle as the Mustang was at 256,584 miles. I purchased a Ford Escape and I am continuing to return this vehicle to the dealership for the same reason and to work on the same thing and Josh, in Service rode with me and said I drive the car "too xxxx hard".. I told him that was rude and ridiculous in every word. Rusty has worked as my Advisor along with a Shop Foreman and, after numerous visits, my car is still not working due to an electrical problem that was there when I bought the Escape in June, 2016. I did pay for a warranty and yet, my Escape is still not fixed. I have called numerous times with no call backs, I have left numerous messages on Josh's voicemail. I am not driving a safe vehicle with electrical problems....the car won't start so, I had to buy portable battery charger and have to use it constantly...I am 74 yrs old, I now live 3 1/2 hours away from Dewey Ford and I need someone to call me and help me to get this vehicle to run right! Dewey Ford has replaced a part to the motor, put it on Diagnostic and can't find what is draining the battery. I have all the faith in the world in Rusty and the Repair Crew, but, it's come to where I'm going broke pay my $100 deductible over and over for the same thing! Maybe you have lemon law and we can work to exchange my vehicle or take it to Detroit and fix it right...it may be a factory issue????? I ask that I receive a call next Monday or Tuesday with guidance on what decision needs to be made regarding this repeat returns and bring it right back again! The Escape is running loud when fan is on and when pushing on accelerator! PLEASE REPLY TO THIS REVIEW! Also, I will drive to this dealership, but, I need a loaner car as I don't have the money to rent a car and drive so far back home so the crew can keep the Escape and, hopefully, figure it out over time! I look forward to your attention to this matter! Thank you, in advance, for your help! More
