I was in the market for a used car, my primary interest was fuel economy. I was greeted at the door by John Howard and explained my situation. I finally decided to test drive a 2008 Ford Focus. He went through many of the features and I decided to buy that day. After going through the finance process etc. and finalizing the purchase he offered to deliver the Ford Focus to my home, as I had arrived in my truck. I really appreciated John's technical know how. The Ford Focus was equipped with Microsoft SYNC system and he programmed my cell phone's bluetooth for me. I would have to say that was service above and beyond. Thank you John. More
