We went into Dewey not sure what two car's we wanted. With talking to Stephanie we were able to figure out what car was best for our family. They were able to put our color and options in and find the perfect car for us and also gave us the option to take the car home for the weekend to find out if that was the best fit for us. With putting a deposit down and us driving out 2011 Dodge Nitro we found out that was the perfect car for us and had everything we wanting and more. Talking with Chris really helped us determine how much we wanted to put down and how much we wanted to spend on extra's that we MUST have before taking out new car home. Chris found the best option for us and we came up with what would work best for us to put down on our new car. We had such a great experience with Chris and Stephanie that our next car will be purchased though Dewey and will be with Stephanie and Chris. They made our experience feel like we made such a great choice, which we did. Since our purchase Stephanie and Chris have made sure that we are happy with our car and asked if there is anything more that we needed because we have talked about buying new tires which we will, but we will be buying them through the dealer which is Dewey. We worked with Ryan Rogers over the phone for a few weeks until he located us the vehicle that we wanted. I bought a one-year-old Chevy Impala and was generally pleased with the buying experience. The price was remarkably low for the vehicle I bought. The sale took a while (maybe two hours), but in fairness, it was a busy Saturday afternoon; I think they moved it along as rapidly as they could. I would recommend this dealer to others, and I would return to them for another purchase in the future. I'm pretty hard to please about such things, so if I like a business establishment, they must be doing something right. More

This was our 4th purchase from Dewey over the years, and probably the 15th our families have purchased. The sales team is always friendly and flexible. Also the auto up and down passenger window wasn't working. Two things I feel should of been caught prior to the purchase. I took the car back and it was fixed quickly. Since the car was still under warranty it was covered. My dealing with the service dept was less than par. The rep David seemed as tho I was a nuisance to home since the car was not a chrysler or ford brand. Even asking the question if I checked the pressure of the tires. Of course I had but felt belittled since I had just told him the tire was completely flat prior to me bringing it. Not an active lister by any means. This was my second dealing over the years with the Dewey Dodgeservice dept and the second less than par experience. The Dewey Ford service dept has always impressed me. Stephine went way out of her way to make us a deal. The delivery person was horible, new very little about the new vechicle and did not show us many of the options.
