I rated it 10/10 with Almir, we went thru possibly 7 cars, he was patient and was on a friend level yet was very informative of each car, each brand and awnsered all my questions, we went from kia, to d cars, he was patient and was on a friend level yet was very informative of each car, each brand and awnsered all my questions, we went from kia, to dodge, everything and he stayed up to date with everything on awnsering my questionsand being able to find what i wanted and he himself seemned persistant to not sell me something i didnt want such as rear wheel drive, some cars id look at and get "googled" eyed over and he fix it and put me back to find some thing he knew i wanted and what was best for me,his customer service skills are beyond amazing and hes one of those people that is "a. People person" and its a great attribute. Ive already talked to friends and have recommened one and said to go to him only. Haha. He will be the best help and his humor and intellectual stand point on cars is perfect. If i do ever decide to have anything done, questions, switch cars for some reason, or anything regarding that, i will ONLY go to Almir. Thats the best service Ive had from ANY dealership. Having been born and raised in the 'old-world' - the land of Mercedes BMW Audi and VW - where everybody pays the same price for the same car, and with the memory of my first car purchase in the U.S. years ago still haunting me, I dreaded having to shop for another vehicle. After much time of checking out most major car dealers in central Iowa I made my move at DEWEY Chrysler Dodge Jeep and RAM in Ankeny. I had gotten to know and be comfortable with two Sales Individuals - Joe Miller and Glenn Harned - during my many visits to DEWEY's vast carlots. I know I can be a 'difficult' customer and thus surprised myself by not once being put off by either Joe or Glenn. They wanted me to be happy with my purchase and displayed an extraordinary amount of patience in finding just the right car that met all my expectations. Joe, Glenn and DEWEY business management earned my respect when after a difficult situation had arisen - caused by an unfortunate miscommunication on my part- they went out of their way to make sure I was not only 1oo percent satisfied with my new car purchase but quite literally made me a very happy customer. The integrity demonstrated to me by Joe, Glen and Dewey management is exceptional and rarely found these days. Many other places would have dropped the ball in the process. We stopped by the dealership to look at new and used Jeeps, kind of having an idea of what we wanted. I was going to trade in my Volkswagon Jetta and was interested in returning to an SUV. (I had had a Jeep several years ago and was pleased with its performance) Almir immediately approached us as we began looking at the jeeps on the lot. He was very helpful with information regarding the new and used Jeeps. After a test drive of a new vehicle and a used vehicle, we determined that the new one was a better fit for us. Negotiations began, and we were treated with the utmost respect. Almir made sure we were comfortable, offering coffee and water. Buying a car is a fairly big deal for us, so not feeling pressured was important. We are happy with our new purchase. Almir did a great job of making us feel comfortable. The following day, we returned to retrieve some forgotten CD's in the VW's CD Player. Almir, again, made sure that our needs were met. In late December I drove past Dewey Dodge Jeep. I observed several of my dream vehicles parked in the front of the lot (Jeep Wrangler). At the time I was not in any position to purchase a vehicle, bu observed several of my dream vehicles parked in the front of the lot (Jeep Wrangler). At the time I was not in any position to purchase a vehicle, but wanted to see the newer models. Sales Rep Tim Martin came out, and asked if I needed any assistance. I told him that I was currently not able to buy, but was shopping around for possibly purchasing in March. I told Tim some personal reasons on why I was unable to purchase now. Tim asked if I would like to see the interior of a Wrangler even after knowing I was unable to purchase. Tim showed me the Wrangler, and went with me on a test drive. He had me hooked on the vehicle and customer service. After the test drive ended I gave him my contact information, and would call him as soon as I was ready. A week or two went by and Tim contacted me on my cell phone. Tim told me they were having a crazy end of the year sale, and I should come back in to make something happen. I came in and Tim was with another customer. Tim introduced me to Gregg Tellis to assist me while he was helping his other customer. Gregg took over from Tim. Gregg was also amazing. I got a great deal on my Trade and they were able to get me in my dream vehicle. No complaints!!! More

Went in knowing exactly what vehicle i wanted, but was still treated with respect and curtsy for my visit.
