Went to purchase a new vehicle. Almir helped us. Basically showed us vehicles on their website. We saw a vehicle we liked. Interior looked awesome and all, only to find out that the pictures loaded Basically showed us vehicles on their website. We saw a vehicle we liked. Interior looked awesome and all, only to find out that the pictures loaded for that stock vehicle were wrong. Almir apologized and showed us that stock vehicle which we ended up financing. Would have been happier if it had all the features that were pictured online. Also wasn't too happy with the wait to get the vehicle washed and detailed. 15- 20 minutes ended up being an hour and half. Brought vehicle home and opened the hood to check it out and it was all covered in dust which tells me they didn't clean under the hood. Wasn't too happy about that especially since I waited hour and half to get it cleaned. Overall experience was ok. More

Over all I had a great experience. The funniest part was how the salesman basically read my mind on what kind of car I was looking for. Didn't even ask me a question. He tells someone to go get this one particular car. Pulls it up.. and low and behold it's just what I was thinking of buying. Even the color! lmao! I was going to go with black or silver. He brought up a silver car.. Never will I understand how he pulled that off. The finance associate was top notch. I will be honest and say that I don't have very good credit, good income just bad credit.. In yet somehow he managed to get me financed. Very thankful for that. I was going to get a used car. But now I'm so happy I went with a brand new one instead. Just want to say thanks and that I will be back! More
