Once I arrived at the dealership, he took the time to show me the technological features of the car as I was unfamiliar with anything that new! I decided to purchase it. We dealt with Nyle Walters for the purchase portion. He took the time to explain the warranty options, etc the dealership offers, but he was certainly a no-pressure guy as well. Nyle is a high-energy, enjoyable person. The entire process, including my test drive, only took about 90 minutes. As I was getting ready to leave, Almir and I noticed the maps feature was not working on the navigation screen. He said if I have any issues with it, to call him, since I was ready to hit the road for the long drive home. After some quick research, I believe it is a simple software update I can do myself. Failed Service Experience! I had a vehicle in need of service. Called just after Thanksgiving and first opening was on 12/26. They troubleshot and said both problem I reported I had a vehicle in need of service. Called just after Thanksgiving and first opening was on 12/26. They troubleshot and said both problem I reported were because of the same part. $1200.00 later part was changed and both problems still existed. They knew they still existed, this was not an intermitted issue or anything. They they said I needed another part costing more. They changed that part and said all was good. Got vehicle back and one of the problems still existed. Took it back and they said it needed yet another part. It seems obvious to me that they mis-diagnosed the original part as it was changed and made no difference at all. Out of budget for this vehicle and can't fix one of the two original issues, and they refuse to do anything further. I can't drive this vehicle as I feel it is not safe at highway speeds. This was a failure in determining the issue, and an even bigger failure to make the issue correct and work on customer service. More

Got a ride to Ankeny while waiting for him to call back, went to the Taco place across the street (great tacos) got done still hadn't heard back, went to Walmart bought a birthday present, still hadn't heard back so I stopped in. (would have called but wait time is about 15 minutes on hold each time you call). It is now 2:00 and Service advisor said they hadn't brought it in yet but said they were planning on it. Couldn't depend on them and needed my car so I just got the key and left. Called Jeep customer service and she put me on hold while she was going to call the service manager for an explanation. After around 10 minutes she came back and said she couldn't get through either. More
