Amazing First Time Buying Experience My girlfriend and I purchased a 2017 Jeep New Compass and the service was outstanding! From beginning to end the customer service at Dewey was amazing My girlfriend and I purchased a 2017 Jeep New Compass and the service was outstanding! From beginning to end the customer service at Dewey was amazing! After submitting some of our information online, i was immediately called back and set up a time to come in and meet with Tyler. Meanwhile I was able to text Tyler about any questions I needed answered before my appointment. From the moment we walked in the door, Tyler was very enthusiastic and asked if we wanted anything to drink or if we needed anything. He then took us out to the vehicle we had requested and began telling us everything there was to know about the vehicle. He was extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer every question that we had before, during and after the test drive. The price negotiation process was very smooth and we never felt pressured to purchase a vehicle at a higher payment than what we were looking for. Even though the process pushed passed closing time, we never felt rushed to purchase the vehicle. Once we had negotiated out price, we talked with Tim in the finance department. Tim was very polite and explained the entire financing process very thoroughly and made sure we understood everything about what we were signing. Tim didnt try to sell us something we didnt need and was great to work with. On behalf of my girlfriend and I, we would like to thank the Dewey Dodge team for the exceptional service. This is my first time buying a new vehicle and my girlfriends second and we are going to be customers for life. We refuse to go anywhere else! Very Bad Would suggest that you not go to Dewey Chrysler. They will not return your calls. They have caller ID, so I guess they return the calls they want to. Said they had contacted Chrysler about our problem, but when we contacted Chrysler, Chrysler had no record of it. They were very helpful at first, but after they got what they wanted, lots of our money, they have just ignored us. So if you want problems, go to Dewey. Otherwise, try somewhere else. More
