Service is terrible - too bad zero stars is not an option Charged $300 to diagnose a problem. Instead of fixing it they simply switched parts. The issue was a $15 relay switch which should have been easy Charged $300 to diagnose a problem. Instead of fixing it they simply switched parts. The issue was a $15 relay switch which should have been easy to fix. This was causing the fan not to work. Then then took a good relay from the rear defrost and said pick up the car. Took it elsewhere to be fixed and they explained this charge was way out of line. Called them and asked for a return call - they did not call. Send an email and asked for a response - no answer. Stay away - car away from this dealership. More

After Sales Service sucks Up to the point we bought the car everything was good. We also purchased couple after marked items, one of them delayed the pick up date, we did not Up to the point we bought the car everything was good. We had also a aftermarket incentive, as told we brought the receipt in and were told everything is good and we will receive the check in the mail. A couple days later I got a call, that they need a additional signature, we did not receive the form in the mail as promised. I called several times in, left several messages on answering machines, no feedback at all!!! This message were directed to the after market guy, the sales manager and the general manager! Very dissatisfied with the after sales service, I do not recommend Dewey at all after this experience!!! More
