On Monday, March 13th, 2023, I went in to Devils Lake Ford for an oil change and a tire rotate. I requested full synthetic oil be put in my pickup and the Quick Lane Advisor LeRoy Zimmerman said that he Ford for an oil change and a tire rotate. I requested full synthetic oil be put in my pickup and the Quick Lane Advisor LeRoy Zimmerman said that he would have full synthetic put in my Lariat. That made me happy as last oil change DL Ford mistakenly put a blended oil in my pickup and I always use full synthetic. Once we were on the same page, everything went smooth. Half way through the oil change, LeRoy came up to me and informed me that my air filter looked fine, but my front brakes were extremely low and needed replacing. I asked how much and if they could get me in right away. LeRoy originally quoted me $400 to repair the front brakes and he stated that DL Ford could get me in right away. I authorized the front brake repair and the cost actually ended up being less than the quote of $400 which also made me happy. DL Ford did a great job on the repair of my front brakes and since a couple of months ago they also did the rear brakes on my pickup, my pickup stops on a dime now! I also talked with Troy Ebach and Brent Adrian, in addition to LeRoy Zimmerman, about getting the full synthetic oil change and all three reassured me that full synthetic would be used in my pickup. My Ford Lariat runs great, the brakes work great and the service was friendly and done in a timely manner. The cost was reasonable and I will continue to go back to DL Ford for future repairs if necessary. Once last thing, before I left, I checked over the paperwork and noticed that the calipers were not changed. I called the DL Ford service department and Shawn answered the phone. I asked him if the calipers needed replacing as the service sheet says that they were not changed and Shawn stated that they checked the calipers and they were fine. Thank you Devils Lake Ford for your competence and courteous service! More

Recently, within the past month or so, I have had service work done to my 2006 Ford F-150 4x4 pickup. I worked with Troy Eback, the service writer, and Brent Adrian, the service manager. Both Troy and Brent work done to my 2006 Ford F-150 4x4 pickup. I worked with Troy Eback, the service writer, and Brent Adrian, the service manager. Both Troy and Brent were great to work with! They were honest and did not act like I was bothering whenever I had to make follow up calls. Both communicated with me via phone and text which was convenient as text gets things in writing which is good for the customer. All of my quotes were via text and were in writing. Troy even made a video for me and texted it to me which was helpful. The work that was performed was as follows: a new blower motor and blower motor resistor, replace right front tie rod, fix transfer case leak, and replace rear brakes, calipers, and rotors. The service was done in a timely manner and for a reasonable price. I went to a bush mechanic prior to going to Devils Lake Ford to have him try and fix the blower motor and blower motor resistor. The bush mechanic put a band aid on it by simply taking the resistor in and out about five or six times he said and he did not order the new parts and put them in like I requested. The blower blew heat for about a week and a half and then the heat went out again. I called up Troy Ebach after that and requested that he order the blower motor and blower motor resistor and install the parts. He did exactly that and Devils Lake Ford service department put the new parts in and my heat works just fine now. I would definitely recommend Devils Lake Ford Lincoln to anyone who is looking to get service done and done right. In addition, they were professional, courteous, and scheduled service whenever I was available. They also went above and beyond and replaced my upper back brake light for free! I also want to say thank you to Duane in the Devils Lake Ford body shop for fixing my back right hand passenger door rubber for free that lines the door. He brought my pickup into his body shop and used a special glue to solve the issue and my rubber lines the door now wonderful! My family and I use our pickup a lot and I trust Devils Lake Ford and their service department to continue servicing my pickup so that it continues to run like a champ! Thank you! More

Even though i was "shopping" long distance, he was extremely patient with my many questions and concerns, as I wanted a great car for my grandson. I never felt pressured into buying the car that I inquired about. I would highly recommend dealing with them! My sister is the one who told me that they would not do me wrong, and she was definitely spot on!! More
