oil changes positives I was leery about coming to FORD for an oil change with a child who was interested in oil changes. This child had lots of questions and she wasn't ev I was leery about coming to FORD for an oil change with a child who was interested in oil changes. This child had lots of questions and she wasn't even my child. The staff (upon request for us to stay and observe) were awesome. The mechanics quickly got to work while the gentleman doing the recording and checking the other items (like tires and battery) included her. There was time without interrupting others services so he was able to answer her questions and included her in checking items while not getting in the mechanics way; but completely answering her questions. The mechanics were very respectful and also answered questions when directly asked. The service to my vehicle was awesome as well. The questions I had were answered quickly and honestly. The service men did a great job on the interior as well.. VERY VERY APPRECIATED! The sale staff is awesome as well... We stopped to just look! Wow am I impressed! The staff all were wonderful and really am glad "we just stopped to look" it is amazing how they treat the customers there!!!! Since my son referred us he too will get a $100.00 for the referral, because he really felt we should go back to talk with Dave. I really had not intentions of driving home a 2015 model!!!! I would recommend this dealership to my family and friends!!!!! More

Oil change and tire pressure warning light is on. On Tuesday December 2, 2014 I sat outside the oil change bay for about ten minutes, then thought about Jodi Longie, she is always offering to help me On Tuesday December 2, 2014 I sat outside the oil change bay for about ten minutes, then thought about Jodi Longie, she is always offering to help me with my new 2014 Ford Fusion. I called her on her cellphone. She asked me if I wanted her to pick up my car for the services or if I wanted to drop it off-and she would drive me where I needed to go. I as sitting in the parking lot, and she came walking out!!!! She took me to work. About an hour later, she came knocking on my office door, I was telling her I was going to buy an extended warranty from FORD. She told me there was NO CHARGE for my oil change. It was a part of me buying my vehicle from Marketplace, free oil changes for the first year? What a wonderful surprise!!!! Then we talked about my chipped windshield and the glass warranty available. Within an hour, Dave Nick - Marketplace called to tell me about a deal I can take advantage of, re my new extended warranty purchase, he explained the cost increases and how that works. When I told him its the Holidays and I wouldnt have alot of EXTRA MONEY to buy this at this time (it does take a minimal amount of money down). He offered to wait for the cash until AFTER The holdiays! I just LOVE these people, who understand what its about being human, the Holidays, and the maintenance needs of my new car! Oh and I love my Fusion, its my second Fusion. ???????? More
