Great Customer Service Had gotten a tire rotation oil change as usual, however, after the rotation my wheel shook at 55-60 mph. I was out of town and took my car to get balancing checked. The balance was off quite a bit on all 4 tires, two front worse than rear and I had to pay $28 to get it fixed, as I was 600 miles away. Went back to Marketplace Motors with receipt and they reimbursed me without questions and apologized. More

Service Call We have bought numerous vehicles from Marketplace Motors. Our current vehicle has in no way lived up to previous experience. We live 170 miles from de We have bought numerous vehicles from Marketplace Motors. Our current vehicle has in no way lived up to previous experience. We live 170 miles from dealership, arrangements had been made to bring vehicle to Devils Lake on June 22 and leave for most of the day and at least 1/2 of next day. There were numerous problems with the vehicle, the auto start, a rattle in the dash, smell from the air conditioner, radio console problems. The arrangements had been in place for 3 weeks, no mention was made to bring both sets of keys for the remote, so nothing could be done with the remote starter, the rattle could not be found, no smell and the radio seemed to work fine. Within 2 miles down the road the rattle was there, smell is there and the remote will only open the doors, not start the car. Frustrated beyond words. More
