Great Customer Service Had gotten a tire rotation oil change as usual, however, after the rotation my wheel shook at 55-60 mph. I was out of town and took my car to get bala Had gotten a tire rotation oil change as usual, however, after the rotation my wheel shook at 55-60 mph. I was out of town and took my car to get balancing checked. The balance was off quite a bit on all 4 tires, two front worse than rear and I had to pay $28 to get it fixed, as I was 600 miles away. Went back to Marketplace Motors with receipt and they reimbursed me without questions and apologized. More

Windshield Replacement. Marketplace Motors did a fine job of replacing the windshield in my MKT. They treated me very well, supplying a vehicle for me to drive while mine wa Marketplace Motors did a fine job of replacing the windshield in my MKT.
