Outstanding work I was very impressed with how much extra was done to my vehicle. Vacuumed out my floors, cleaned my windows, even check to make sure my lug nuts were I was very impressed with how much extra was done to my vehicle. Oil Change It was towards the end of the day and the Oil change crew took me in immediately. And they were done in record time. But, when I was checking the mileage portion of how long before my next oil change they forgot to give me a new sticker with the next change mileage. So do they keep track of what the mileage was when they did the oil change? Can they get me a new sticker and let me know so I can pick it up? Do they still vacuum the car and wipe the windows? I noticed it wasn't done so maybe they quit that, just asking. More

Transmission service and Brake service We have had two F150 trucks in for service in the last six weeks. The first was our 2003 truck for brKe work. They replaced the brakes plus the emerg We have had two F150 trucks in for service in the last six weeks. The first was our 2003 truck for brKe work. They replaced the brakes plus the emergency brake. At first we were very happy with the repair but now it seems the emergency brake isn't working. Since we use it on a incline when we dock our boat this isn't safe. The bigger problem was a 60k transmission maintenance service. We had never had a problem with the transmission but the first week afterward we started having major issues with the transmission shifting gears between 3 and 4 and 4 and 5 th. We called service and immediately they accused us of having a precious issue and that it was our problem. We talked to the manager, We found out they overfilled the transmission and online we found out that causes future problems.? they drained some and said try again. We still have the problem. Next time They reset the computer on it and told us that the transmission has to relearned our driving. It is better but not fixed not still we are afraid to tow our boat or trailer with it. We are taking it to another shop. We would not advise using their service department. More

Jodi Longie was the salesperson we were visiting with about these vehicles. She brought these cars forward so we could have a better look & test drive. We haven't driven a car for many years. We have driven SUV,s because of being much easier to get into & sitting higher than in a car. I guess when we went to the dealership we were assuming that a car would cost less. But Jodi showed us that this was not the case. She went out on the lot & brought a Ford Escape for the same cost as what the cars were. I was Elated! She is the best. She took time with us and showed us the different vehicles & no pressure. All the different people we worked with that day were the best. More
