First off let me say I am a car nut, car fanatic, lover of fine cars, and kind of a perfectionist when it comes to cars. Having my new Q70 for only about a month now I was /am thrilled with the car. However right from day 1, I heard an irritating rattle on secondary roads. Guess I didn't even want to think about, acknowledge, admit that, be a reality..lol a defect in my new top of the line beauty. Let only deal with...guess I expected the worse ...major factory recall..diagnosis tricky..days with loaner I can't smoke in..lol I even tried to ignore, self diagnose ..thought ash tray...justify because bumpy road ..ha After my visit to Devan Infiniti this morning: No noise...:):):) From above I guess you can probably tell how elated I am to be truly driving a new car. My experience with Chris and Shop Foreman was ....off the charts fabulous ! Chris is smooth as silk, relaxed knowledgable , considerate , enthusiastic , professional (in a non intimidating way). His customer service skills are 100% Did exactly what he said he would every step of the way, said hour ...in 45 minutes or less he gave me optimistic status, then delivered in spades! Shop foreman? Mechanic who fixed . Is a genius in my book ! Less than hour and half problem solved !! Hope I can be fortunate and have him do future normal maintenance. I heard of Devan Infiniti threw a friend who had recently purchased and Infiniti from there. Upon entering I was Greeted by a member of sales who gave us a full description of the vehicle we where looking to purchased and Infiniti from there. He took time to fully explain everything and made are time very stress free from the time we walked in. We got back from the test drive, and he figured a great payment and price for the vehicle. They all were so helpful and also made the sales process easy going and put us at ease.
