Great service! I came in for routine maintenance and had a new sound to be investigated. The routine work was done quickly. The noise was diagnosed as a U-joint. Todd and Shane were able to get me schedule a new sound to be investigated. The routine work was done quickly. The noise was diagnosed as a U-joint. Absolutely awful experience, brought in a 2012 g37x on 7/11/2020 for a full check over because it was purchased as is from another dealership. I was told by the service department there is absolutely noth 7/11/2020 for a full check over because it was purchased as is from another dealership. I was told by the service department there is absolutely nothing wrong with the car. My rear brakes were metal to metal in 3 months while the fronts were in perfect order. I called the dealership and asked why the inspection report was incorrect, they had no explanation and said they would give the technician a slap on the wrist. When I asked if there was anything we can do to resolve this falsified report and was accused by the General Manager Kevin Hyland of wanting a "Freebie". Absolutely abysmal service, they don't properly inspect vehicles and they don't take accountability for their mistakes. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Will be servicing in Greenwich for now on. More
