I brought my q70 to be checked because there is a I brought my q70 to be checked because there is a clicking/popping noise coming from the front of the car. I was told it was coming from the tires. I brought my q70 to be checked because there is a clicking/popping noise coming from the front of the car. I was told it was coming from the tires. Which is a ridiculous answer. I want a refund because your adviser/tech was not able to diagnose the problem. He spoke to me like I didn't know a screw driver from a hammer. I have repaired cars for over 30 years and I knew it wasn't the tires. Most likely the drive axles. Carvana sent me to a Monroe shop and he said it could be the transmission. Needless to say I returned the car to Carvana. Thanks for wasting my time, the xxxxxxxx answer, and ripping me off. If that's the way you run your business you need the $175.00 more than I do. More
