Due to the supply chain issues and I also was looking for a professional car dealer experience that I spent close to 10 months looking for my next new car. I finally got in touch with JJ the manager of Deva a professional car dealer experience that I spent close to 10 months looking for my next new car. I finally got in touch with JJ the manager of Devan Infiniti Fairfield CT. Wow what a huge difference my experience in buying a new car was once I finally got in touch with JJ. He was so up front with all of my questions from the car I was interested in which was an Infinity QX60 to financing and then to final prices. He was able to help me get a great finance rate so I didn't have do this on my own. I live in Massachusetts about 2 1/2 hours away and still found making this long distance deal worth it due to the great service at Devan Infinity working with JJ. When we all had completed the necessary paperwork done all remotely it was time to pick up the car. As I mentioned we live 2 1/2 hours away and the winter weather has been really bad with snow storms and ice storms the past week. My wife also had work commitments, so it was tough finding time to travel the 2 1/2 hours during the week. Well JJ stepped up to plate once again and said he could open the building on Sunday for us (they are not normally opened on Sundays). We showed up and there out in the front of the building was our new QX60 with a huge red bow on the front windshield. My wife and I were flabbergasted and had never had that kind of amazing and fun experience buying a new car. More

Arrived in Connecticut in March 2020 with my 2009 G37 after enjoying over 15 years of service at Miller Infiniti in Van Nuys, California. I had previously owned a 2002 and 2006 G35 as well. When I got t after enjoying over 15 years of service at Miller Infiniti in Van Nuys, California. I had previously owned a 2002 and 2006 G35 as well. When I got to Stamford CT we needed a new service hub for the '09 G37. Greenwich Infiniti was nearest to us and we began our journey there. Unfortunately we quickly realized we were being charged simply to bring the car in. Just to look at the car they wanted $150+ each time we came in. That was a quick one time experience, and we turned to alternatives. Devan Infiniti of Fairfield came up in our search of the area. We were put in touch with Todd Cogley and Shane Hyland in the service department. Right off the bat we could tell these guys cared. Not just about the car, not just about the servicing of the car, but also about me and my wife. Todd took excellent care of my wife Ali, along with our dog Ringo, each time she would take the car in for service. Todd went out of his way to line up a loaner car to accommodate us, or he would find openings on the weekend so we would not be displaced without a car during the work week. They also called to check up on the car after we left to ensure the same problem never persisted. Even when we unfortunately needed to drop serious dollars on a catalytic converter, Todd and Shane made sure the rest of the car was thoroughly inspected and serviced. They listened to us when we spoke of mystery rattles in the rear of the car, or potential brake squealing, and they always addressed those concerns with quality solutions. We are undoubtedly a long way from California these days, but Shane and Todd at Devan Infiniti make us feel right at home. More
