Deur-Speet Motors - Service Center

Told the dealership I needed a new water pump. Service department said there was a recall due also. Service called after inspecting and said I was right and the cost estimate would be over $2,900. Called local truck repair and they quoted me $745 for water pump replacement. I called the dealership back and said to just due the recall. Service department called back and said they couldn’t due the recall because they didn’t have the recall parts. I went to retrieve my truck to get it fixed and the dealership said I owed $150.00 diagnostic fee for the water pump that I told they that needed to be replaced. I will not be going back there again. More
