Ken Hope, Service Advisor has been amazing to work with and has gone beyond normal efforts to obtain hard to find or supposedly non-existent parts to keep our trucks on the road. Heater would not blow warm air The service manager Ken was excellent he was able to work our car in to check out why we could not get heat in our car. Ken called after they started tearing the dash out and since it was Friday evening he wanted to check if it was ok to proceed with the weekend coming up since it might be tied up over the weekend. We told him to proceed and a short time later he called back to tell us they found the problem and they actually had the needed part on hand. His technician agreed to stay late and finish the project so that we would have our car for the weekend. He also told me he had checked out that our extended warranty covered the repairs which was a very pleasant surprise. We were extremely pleased with the level of service and the extra effort that Ken and his technician made to accommodate us. More

Ken and one of the service techs, sorry I don't recall his name, pointed out an issue with the rail on top of my Jeep and made a couple of recommendations to fix a an issue. Duer-Speet Does Not Sand By Their Recall Fixes Management and mechanics refused to fix the mal-function of a vent switch recall they had done unless I signed a contract agreeing to be charged $85 i Management and mechanics refused to fix the mal-function of a vent switch recall they had done unless I signed a contract agreeing to be charged $85 if they felt it was not their mistake. The problem is a "snapping" sound when you close the driver side window, the door that is involved in the recall fix! There was no "snapping' sound prior to their recall "fix". I tried to go to management to get them to support me in having the problem fixed. Management said they would come out to our car to look at the problem with me. Instead they sent out a mechanic to say the recall 'fix" only involved disconnecting and re-connecting a wire attached to the rear vent window switch. Did the mechanic think I am stupid? Chrysler would not publish a recall fix involving only dis-connecting and re-connecting a wire leading to a switch! I have purchased three new vehicles from this dealership. I will no longer be a customer! More

Wounderdul Service was fantastic. We knew my vehicle has an electrical issue. Not cool, we assumed it was going to be very costly. They found out what the issue Service was fantastic.
