Over the top I had a recurring problem with my car. It may or may not have been manufacturer related. All of the people that worked on it were as concerned about I had a recurring problem with my car. It may or may not have been manufacturer related. All of the people that worked on it were as concerned about getting to the bottom of it as I was. They were extremely courteous and helpful, always concerned with my experience. They not only solved the problem at no expense to me but made sure that I was inconvenienced as little as possible. These guys are a picture of great customer service. Great service Our car has the full life-time warranty. It's an '08 Chrysler 300. This is the first time we needed to get the car fixed and use our warranty. Master mechanic, Matt Streichhirsch, diagnosised the problem, ordered the part and had it fixed right away. We were happy we had the warranty, it only cost us a $100 deductible, established in the warranty, the cost to fix the problem far exceed that.
