Thank you for your feedback. We do appreciate it! We have instructed our employee's to offer to wear a mask if our customer is wearing one - or at least ask the customer if they would like us to. I am sorry if this did not happen in your case. These are difficult times and we are doing our best to do what our customer's want. Again, I am sorry if we offended you in any way. We are keeping the wearing of mask's up to the individual.

Thankyou for your review. Employee's are suppose to ask all customers if they would like them to wear a mask. We will certainly look into this. These are complicated times and we seem to either upset 80% of our customers for asking them to wear them or 20% for not wearing them. That said, we are tying to respect everyone's point of view and make everyone feel comfortable. I am sorry we fell short in doing so for you.

I totally understand your concern. The mandate does not necessarily require masks indoors if you can maintain a six foot distancing. I am not going to say we do that well as often times we do not. We also have had many customers who have asked us to not enforce the wearing of masks. We have even had several employee's say they will quit if it is enforced. I am not mentioning any of this other than to say it is difficult times. We have asked all of our employee's to offer to wear a mask when a customer comes in. That said, I am sorry that it offended you and hopefully things will get more normal in the future. Mark Schuiteman

Yes, we all hope for things to get more normal again. I am sure you are disappointed in employees who would quit before being willing to care for your customer's safety. In the meantime it would be safest, and it would exhibit a civic responsibility, to simply provide for customer care instead of requiring customers to have to make a request. .
