Danielle went the extra mile for great customer service! I use this dealership for all my oil changes. While I was at my last oil change, they gave me a quote for new tires too, I asked Danielle from the Ser I use this dealership for all my oil changes. While I was at my last oil change, they gave me a quote for new tires too, I asked Danielle from the Service Desk for a quote on getting the bushings in the lower rear A arms replaced. They gave me a reasonable quote and Danielle scheduled it for the following business day. It turns out it was not my A arm bushings that needed replacing. She called me shortly after I dropped my car off for the repair to let me know it was the knuckle bushings causing my terrible tire wear. I thanked her for calling with an update so I could still get my car repaired the same day. Danielle called and let me know it was done before I got out of work! She was very prompt, polite, courteous and definitely went the extra mile to make my experience a pleasant one! More
