Ordering McDonalds isn't even easier than this! It took a few days to find the truck we truly wanted, but they would not let us walk away without the perfect vehicle! After debating colors and tweaking only one feature they were able to find the truck! It was patiently waiting in Illinois for those awesome dealers to get it for us! But then the hard part came, the financing part. But wait, where is the struggle? Where is the horror of being turned down again and again by multiple banks only to get a 15% interest rate? Well, it's not there. They nailed the payment, and got us a payment so good we were able to get all those extra warranties and insurances. Now not only do we have the perfect truck, no matter what happens it is covered! And they got us financing through a LOCAL BANK(not sure if they intended that but I am counting it as a win)!! Pure Awesome. No lies I was ready to buy a truck from somewhere else and lucky for me I stopped in to Deur-Speet. They even supplied me with a lifetime drive train warranty on my new truck at no cost to me. Plus they beat the other guys price. We ended up buying 2 vehicles that day. They gave me a car to drive while mine was in for repair and I received my car back in a day and a half and it rides and drives like a new car. Danielle went the extra mile for great customer service! I use this dealership for all my oil changes. While I was at my last oil change, they gave me a quote for new tires too, I asked Danielle from the Ser I use this dealership for all my oil changes. While I was at my last oil change, they gave me a quote for new tires too, I asked Danielle from the Service Desk for a quote on getting the bushings in the lower rear A arms replaced. They gave me a reasonable quote and Danielle scheduled it for the following business day. It turns out it was not my A arm bushings that needed replacing. She called me shortly after I dropped my car off for the repair to let me know it was the knuckle bushings causing my terrible tire wear. I thanked her for calling with an update so I could still get my car repaired the same day. Danielle called and let me know it was done before I got out of work! She was very prompt, polite, courteous and definitely went the extra mile to make my experience a pleasant one! More

Automatic doors do not open/close I brought my wife's car in as the Automatic doors do not open/close. The issue was quickly identified and fixed as the console switch had been swit I brought my wife's car in as the Automatic doors do not open/close.
