It is unbelievable it took me less time to buy a car than it takes me to get groceries most of the time! The dealer (Jay Luchies) I worked with was AMAZING! He was not pushy (like EVERY other dealer I have ever worked with!) and he was very clear and knew a lot about the car I was looking at. I would recommend (and actually have recommended) this dealership to anyone looking to buy a car, they know how to treat there customers! My actual story is: I am 22 years old, so after having 2 cars that are near the 20 year old mark, I wanted to get a new car. I was really interested in a Dodge Dart, I loved the design and it was a fairly new car so all the models were new. I had been searching for a couple weeks on varies websites (Craigslist, Cars.com, CarGurus) with not much luck in the price range I wanted until I found a 2013 Dodge Dart located in Fremont Michigan, nearly 2 hours away from where I live! It was much lower in price than all the Darts I had looked at and was a deep midnight blue! I fell in love with it just by looking at it on the internet. Without calling or writing I had drove nearly 2 hours to view the car, hoping it was still there, and thankfully it was! I pulled up and fell in love even more! Jay had came out and asked if I had needed any help, I told him I was interested in the Dart, he asked if I would like to test drive it and I said oh yes. He went and grabbed the keys and pulled it up so I could take it for a drive. As soon as he pulled up and I looked inside I knew I wanted the car, even before driving. Within about 5 minutes of being at the Car Dealer I was on the road test driving the car, I loved it, I knew I wanted it. After getting back I was immediately greeted by Jay again and I told him I was interested. He said great! and we had went over to work on the very little paperwork I had to do, which took maybe 30 minutes. The only downside I had with this experience (which has nothing to do with the dealer so it doesn't affect my 5 star rating) was because I was getting a loan through my bank, and my bank being in the town I live in, and being 2 hours away from said town... I had to drive back to my town to get the check and then drive again back up, so we had made 4 trips that were 2 hours each. Jay had given me his number and told me to text or call him as we were on our way up so he could get the final paperwork all ready and get the car in to get it all cleaned and ready to be taken home. After making it back up the next day with the check, I had walked in and was immediately greeted by Jay again, he got me right in with Nick who finalized the payment and handed me the keys. After about 15 minutes of being there I was already out driving away in my new car! All in all, it took 3 days from finding the car, to viewing the car, and getting the car, only because I lived so far away. But I had only spent about 50 minutes to 1 hour at the actual dealership! Which is a record with pretty much every car that has been purchased within my family! Despite being 2 hours away I would go up to this dealership again in a heartbeat if I was looking for another car. Big thanks to Jay Luchies, he has been the best dealer I have ever worked with and was the one that sold me my first New car! More
Service Department is Horrible!!!!! I bought my first new car from here in 2002 and had a wonderful all around experiance so much so that when that car finally died just this past year I I bought my first new car from here in 2002 and had a wonderful all around experiance so much so that when that car finally died just this past year I went back to my sales person Tom Wiersma which he has been great all the time. With this car it has been a whole different story. I also brought in another car (not bought from here) that had a recall issue and figured that since I was doing my business here why not have them fix this as well since it had to be done at a certified dealer. The issue with this car was a smell of gas from a regulator on the fuel pump. First I was told to bring it in for a 30 minute to an hour check so they could find the issue and make sure that was the problem. I brought it in at 930 am and after an hour and a half was told we can't determine what the issue is and we have to drop the tank and this and that needless to say the SERVICE department said we have no cars available to me so i was stuck there until???? Thank goodness my sales guy Tom came by and asked what i was waiting on and he went and checked on somethings and said here i will get you a car. (funny how service said no way possible to to get a car) come to find out i didn't get my car back until the following day right before they closed. good thing it was only going to be an hour or so. Within a week while working my gas guage started acting up on a saturday to which i called the service department around 12-1230 left a message not know if they were closed or open. Never Ever recieved a phone call back not even to this day! I finally had to call them again and set up to have them look at it. Was told that I had rodents that ate my wires and they took me back and i said i don't see any chew marks is it possible that when you worked on it previously that something happened. The mechanic use VERY VULGER language and told me to get off his floor and I didn't know xxxx very unprofessional and they told me it would cost over $200 to fix it. they just lowered my car and gave me my keys back. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL IN SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!! I would give SALES TEAM 2 thumbs up but as in any business both parts of the business are together. More
Friendly and went over and above what was asked. I always rate a service garage as to what was not needed. Some of the fluids I asked about were clean and did not need to be replaced. Makes you feel like family. I was looking on line for a used car and found one that interested me. The dealership, Deur-Speet, was almost three hours from me but only minutes fro I was looking on line for a used car and found one that interested me. The dealership, Deur-Speet, was almost three hours from me but only minutes from my sons home. My son did the test drive and the salesman, Jay Luchie , took care of the rest. We were treated like family and I took the car home the next day . It was that easy. What a great dealership. More
