Repairs with Kenneth Hope! I am very Leary with dealership since I have had previous bad experiences; however I had grew service at Deur Speet and Kenneth Hope! He was explained everything, made me feel very comfortable (since I am not mechanical inclined), and due to the amount of repair (larger amount) didn't make me feel awkward about the repairs. He was simply great! I dropped my vehicle off & it was repaired prior to pickup date & I received several calls ( of concern because I wasn't answering (due to no service in the area I traveled for my vacation)) stating vehicle was finished which was just amazing! I will be bringing my vehicle in to Deur Speet for future repairs & calling Kenneth Hope with any questions! Great experience! More

Excellent quality service. I like the way they back up their work. You may have to say what you want done 2 or 3 times (on phone and in person and maybe in person again), but t I like the way they back up their work. Ken Hope is passionate about the service he delivers. He was having issues with his laptop or notebook, not quite sure why that was even needed to have service done on my vehicle. That process could definitely be improved. Overall - satisfied. More
Not a normal experience!!! How many times have you visited a car dealership and felt overwhelmed, pushed and a little uncomfortable. A sales person comes out smelling like an ashtray and "dressed to impress" or should I say scare you. Well that is absolutely not the feeling in Freemont Mi. at Deur Speet!!! The people were all impressive, dressed to make a deal, down to earth and made this the absolute best experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. The dealership is CLEAN, BRIGHT, nicely laid out and inviting. Perfect small town with great inventory. When a vehicle I was hoping to look at was sold prior my visit they promptly found the exact truck I was looking for at the price I wanted without any crazy back and forth haggling. It was a simple yes it works from both sides. When I buy again will I go there???? Absolutely I will!!! I honestly and truthfully have to say Thank you for the best ever buying experience!! More
