Good experience We knew which van would serve our retirement needs - our winter trips south, our summer trips to our grandkids games - researched throughly. They have serviced our previous vans, we felt comfortable dealing with them again. But we wanted to get the best price so researched on line and talked to other dealerships. Jay Luchies was very patient, he sent us info on line which helped us make decisions, but there was very little pressure. Todd Schuiteman came out to talk to us, again only comfortable pressure. Really mostly just giving us info to help us make decisions. Paperwork was easy, Nick Sparks quickly gave us financing options. Only thing that would have made sitting in his office more comfortable would have been maybe a little glass of 'Josh'. We left with a beautiful van with exactly what we wanted and needed. They even went the extra mile to find the color of interior we liked. Good experience. More

Best. Experience. Ever. I went to several dealerships, and Melissa at DeurSpeet was the only one who actually came out to the lot to speak with us and answer questions. She was very knowledgeable and what she didn't know she quickly found out. She took care of the plate transfer and insurance. When I decided to drive two hours one way to look at this Jeep because it was the best price I found, I didn't expect it to also such a great experience. I would recommend anyone go there, no matter the distance. We talked with Tom Schutieman to deal on a price, Nick Sparks in F&I and others we saw in the dealership, and everyone was just as friendly and welcoming. I can't say it enough, Go there to buy a car! You won't be treated better anywhere else. Ozzy the greeter is awesome! More

Just what I was lookin for I was searching AutoTrader for trucks and prices to give my wife an idea about what we were going to have to spend for a truck. I came across this 201 I was searching AutoTrader for trucks and prices to give my wife an idea about what we were going to have to spend for a truck. I came across this 2010 Dodge Ram 1500 at Deur Speet Motors and liked what I saw. I emailed for further info and Melissa responded quickly. We emailed back and forth she promptly answering questions. So after talking to my wife about the truck, we decided it was worth driving the 120 miles to give it a drive. Melissa worked with me as the liaison between her financial manager and I to get me prequalified. She spoke with my Insurance company to get the insurance prepared if we decided to buy. Everything was in place when we could show up to look it over and take it for a drive. Never any pressure. Extremely courteous and helpful.Now came the hiccup. We couldn't make it to the show room for nearly a week. For a small deposit they would hold the truck until we could arrive. Finally we did and Melissa was just as polite and helpful as she sounded in her emails. We got to look over the truck and take it for a drive and was even more impressed. Upon return from the test drive everything was in order and signing the paper work took about 15 minutes. Mellisa Rumsey treated us like family as did everyone else at the dealership. It was a pleasant experience in a usually stressful event. More
