I brought the car in for repair and Ken discovered that the part and service would be covered under an extended warranty plan so the entire repair was performed at no cost to me as opposed to the $800 - $1,000 I was expecting. Whether it is to purchase a new car or to get the car/mini van serviced, each and every employee is friendly and helpful and efficient. They have offered to drive me to my location if I needed to leave my car there and have made me feel like I have not in the least bit inconvenienced them! We have purchased every car owned for our daughters and for ourselves there mainly because of the honest salesmanship and service dependability! When we moved to Fremont from Kalamazoo I was not quite sold on the small town atmosphere but Deur Speet has truly held up the great reputation of small town charm! (I have visited other dealers in town and have not felt the same)Shhhh!!! More
