In my experience he is very knowledgeable and always does his best to get my Durango repaired correctly and as cost effectively as possible. Last summer I had ball joints replaced after driving out from Seattle, WA, he would not let me take it from the shop as it was too unsafe to drive, an inconvenience but much appreciated!!! Just this week I had an injector replaced and there were of course issues (always my luck) but Ken and the team were absolutely fantastic about getting the truck fixed and back to me in a timely manner. The service team is very easy to work with and I would recommend them to anyone!! More

We found the vehicle that we've been wanting for a really great price online through car.com, so I contacted the dealership to see if it was still ava We found the vehicle that we've been wanting for a really great price online through car.com, so I contacted the dealership to see if it was still available. We live 150 miles from the dealership but the staff was awesome! From Kim in sales, to Jay in the finance department they did everything over the phone. They had our trade in quoted, and new vehicle financed and approved before we ever decided to drive to the dealership. We got to the dealership and test drove the vehicle, then signed all the paperwork and drove our new car home...everything was done the same day!! They went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied and that we got the same service as someone showing up on their sales room floor!! Hands down, best new car buying experience we've had!!! More

When I inquired as to how much an extended s Although Kim was pleasant, and I had only communicated via email, I am very displeased with Jay Luchies. When I inquired as to how much an extended service contract would be I was quoted several prices, which was ok. When I mentioned that I knew there was generally some space left to negotiate pricing on contracts I was informed by Jay that the most "they could move would be $200". Fair enough, right? After a few more back and forths about the service contract provider, Jay said that he could go down as much as $650 on the service contract. I have no problem with a company making a profit, but I have a problem with someone saying that they can only go so low and then 30 minutes later going down 3 times that amount. This Jay guy is a non-professional. More

Ken Hope went above and beyond to be sure all issues were addressed while in the service center. While in for repair other issues were discovered and either Ken or one of his team would call me to let me know what was going on and I feel confident my vehicle has been throughly checked over. Very happy with the work done and the service I received. More
Service Center Service manager Ken Hope - helped to schedule regular maintenance for my Dodge Ram, which I purchased at the dealership just 3 1/2 years ago. problem Service manager Ken Hope - helped to schedule regular maintenance for my Dodge Ram, which I purchased at the dealership just 3 1/2 years ago. problem was identified at time of a regular oil and the service engine message and light came on. Same day they replaced the thermostat and thought I was good to go... however, the weather was getting colder and it became apparent the heater was not working properly. It was during the holidays and with a very busy schedule they still managed to get the new heater core delivered and installed - as good as new :) Thanks to Bruce and Ken being on top of the problem, I never missed a beat. They even provide a new Dodge Dart for me to do my running around while my truck was in for the repairs. Oh... almost forgot to mention Matt who knows everything about those computer components! Thanks for all your attention to our needs. More
