Excellent service department-superior customer service I worked with Ken Hope and in the past, Kurtis, at the service department. Ken did a fantastic job keeping me informed of the status of my vehicle repair, walking me through what my warranty would cover and how I can insure my warranty will continue to be available to me if I address service issues right away. Ken and Kurtis have always been friendly and helpful and make me feel like I am their only customer when in fact they are a very busy and successful dealership and their service center is usually packed. The front desk attendant who took payment was also very kind and friendly. I have purchased one vehicle from Deur Speet and based on how I am treated fairly and with respect and superior customer service, I will continue to make Deur Speet the only dealership I work with! Great dealership to work with!!! I wasn't necessarily looking for a different vehicle but saw a truck posted on FB Marketplace and began communicating with Becca. She was quick to respond and could answer all my questions. Long story short I ended up downgrading my 2014 RAM for a 2008 Ford but it meant all my needs... and no hassle with arguing about price and/or trade in value. They allowed me to take to my local mechanic to ensure no known issues in the future. All necessary items for paperwork was done ahead of time so all that was needed to do was to sit for a few minutes to sign the papers... and the process was complete. I appreciate all involved in the process and especially Becca as she was the "face/voice" of Deur Speet which went flawless for all buying aspects. Thank you Becca! More
