Making Friends is just as rewarding as making a purchase. I guess I needed a bigger truck. Well, maybe not 'needed'. I already knew the truck I wanted. It needed to be new, it needed to be big, it needed t I guess I needed a bigger truck. Well, maybe not 'needed'. I already knew the truck I wanted. It needed to be new, it needed to be big, it needed to be powerful, and it needed to be LOADED! I spent a lot of time looking, then decided to just order one. Kim Rasch was the lucky one who got to 'wheel and deal' with me. Not always an easy task. Todd and Tom both helped with the trade-in. First, I thought they came in a little low on the trade, but Todd did an excellent job of discussing it, and helped me to understand that things aren't always worth what we think they are. Items that we think are Priceless aren't always Priceless. I know I got a good deal with my trade-in. Kim then helped with the Financing. She sent the information to Jay, and he did some kind of magic trick, and came in with a monthly payment that Bill Gates would have turned down. Geez, Jay! Help a buddy out. So he did. Kim and Jay searched, and scrapped and hunted for every little dollar off the purchase price. Then, of course, Jay did his little pitch for the extended warranty and all that Jazz. Yeah, we added it. Still, came in with a monthly payment, and an interest rate that is going to work out really well. (Personally I think Jay is paying part of my bill, I just can't prove it.) But we signed all the papers and we were off. So.... I mentioned Kim a couple times.... What can one say about Kim Rasch? Truly, to get all the information and praise into one review, it would take more than one person to do it. (There should be a choir walking around behind her singing all day.) First, I wanted a new Ram 3500 Dually Limited. Yeah, fully loaded. Kim sat down and we went line by line adding all the bells and whistles. Making sure it had everything I wanted. She was extremely patient and a treat to work with. She placed the order and said she would keep me updated. Then we waited...... And waited.... And waited.... OH! A text from Kim, the truck was on the schedule to be built. YAY!!!! More waiting....... Another Text... It's in Paint.... Then it was in trim....It's being shipped!!!! She was all over it. She checked every day, Sent texts giving me updates every morning. (I think she was just as excited about the new truck as I was) Shipping took a little while, and I think there was a moment, when Kim was just as impatient as me, and was willing to drive and pick it up herself. (Ha! A road trip would have been awesome, but the idea was turned down who has time for a road trip?) I think Kim missed her calling. Sales, yeah, she's not just good....She's amazing... Kim was always positive, always smiling, and always willing to help. Maybe she should be a motivational speaker. (She could make a Michigan fan happy after loosing an important game.) From start to finish, Kim was at the forefront, making sure everything went well. Whether you are buying new, or looking for something used, shoot, if you're just looking around cause you're there for service. Stop in and say "Hi" to Kim. She'll make your day better. (She's that good.) You spend so much time in your life dealing with Customer Service, but Kim isn't just in Customer Service, or Sales. She becomes a friend. Dealing with a friend, makes the whole thing FUN. I've had the new truck a couple days now. It's better than I even expected. Heck yeah, I recommened Deur-Speet for your next vehicle, and I HIGHLY recommend talking to Kim Rasch. You won't be disappointed. More

Easiest Car Purchase We were in and out under 30mins! We worked with the dealership beforehand, getting the documentation and details completed via phone and email. Great Experience while getting a Jeep Andy was great. After having issues with my focus for the last few years, I knew that I wanted a different vehicle that was bigger and would accommoda Andy was great. After having issues with my focus for the last few years, I knew that I wanted a different vehicle that was bigger and would accommodate by growing boys. Andy let me check out my Jeep not only with my booster seat but my dog as well to ensure that the whole family could fit in the vehicle. The whole dealership was great. They made the experience very positive. I normally hate the process of buying a new vehicle but Andy and crew made it so easy. All of the staff was really good with our kids too. More

She walked over to bring it back so we could look at it. We decided to purchase it but my husband noted a couple issues. Todd was willing to work with us and exceeded our expectations. The whole atmosphere was friendly and family-like. Todd had instructed everyone to "take good care" of us. But I have no doubt they would have even without his instructions. Kim continued to be in contact with us all along the process. My husband says if we need to buy another car it will be from Duer-Speet....it's well worth the drive. Oh, and of course, they have an exceptional greeter: Ozzie the yellow lab. What more can you ask for?!? More
