Totally understand frustration when a basically new vehicle has problems. That said, the unit was not bought from our dealership and was missing a $7.00 nut on the wiring harness. We had two hour of labor involved to find out this issue and replace the missing nut in order to fix the Jeep. Chrysler will not run this under warranty since there was not a failure of a part, but it was simply missing. That said, we did discount our labor by 50% for a total bill of 107.56. I have reached out to Ed twice as we still do understand his frustration and would like to make him feel better about his Jeep and our dealership.
