I had to come in for warranty work. It didn't seem to matter that it wasn't costing me a dime, they treated me as if I was buying ten cars and truck! Everyone was very friendly. Nice to see. Ken Hope told me about the tire sale buy 3 get 1 for $1. My wife's truck needed tires before the snow flies. He ordered them and scheduled my appointment when they came in. My expectations for good service were met. Best new car sale experience of my life. I’ve been leasing cars for 20+ years and this was the easiest, most pleasant transaction ever. I told Andy what I wanted he nailed it down perfectly.
