I had an oil cooler leak with my 2014 Jeep Cherokee Trail Hawk. I was told initially that an OEM part was not available and that I would probably be without my ride for maybe 2 months. They were super busy on a Saturday but he made us feel like we had all of his attention and that we were waaay more than just a sale. And their finance guy Jay walked us through every aspect of our contracts. We felt very confident that we knew everything about our Jeep purchase before we left the dealership. He was great (even if he's a Michigan fan hahaha) PLUS!! They did this all on a Saturday for us!! Financing and all.
