My satellite radio has been cutting out frequently. I was told a new antenna was not covered by warranty when it fact it is. I have the gold preferred warranty and my car is barely 2 years old. I was charged a diagnostic fee - I believe this fee should be covered by the manufacturer when something is under warranty. I would like that $ money refunded and the new antenna to be covered by warranty. I had to go back to the dealer twice to insist that the new antenna was covered by the gold preferred warranty, which I paid over $2,000 for. I had to go back the 2nd time because after my first visit, I was told to expect a call back about this by the end of the day, which never came. I have leased or bought 3 cars from this dealer and so has my wife. I always get it serviced there. But I think this might be the last time. More

person who took info for my appointment wrote down the wrong problem I was having. Work on my car didn't start until 30-45 minutes after my appointment although I was 15 minutes early for the appointment. wrong problem I was having. I know this because they didn't come to me about the setup error until 45 minutes after the appointment time. Work was well done when completed. No all point inspection. They did do complimentary car wash. That wasn't done my previous service visit and was told it was because of Covid 19....hmmmmm. Still have the Covid 19 problem. Wonder what happened? Honesty will go a long way to explain short cuts. Generally I like the service, but these issues bugged me. More

I was very disappointed with the service. This is the second time in two years that I've had to go back twice because my tire sensor light needed to be replaced. Given the corona virus, I won't be going back a third time. Instead, I'll find another Nissan dealer in the area. More
