I stopped by yesterday, to see service advisor about a part that fell off our new car while driving. I asked if he would look at my car(which was parked in front of him). He looked at me and said "I need part that fell off our new car while driving. I asked if he would look at my car(which was parked in front of him). He looked at me and said "I need to make an appointment". I was simply looking for him to look at it. He refused to get up from his chair. Very very poor customer service. My first Nissan, i should have bought from across the street. This wasn't the customer service I was told about when buying the car. I will be reaching out to GM and owners. More

I always bring my car in for service here and am pleased with how they take care of me and my car. Being a woman, you have to be careful as some places try to rip you off thinking that you don’t know anyth with how they take care of me and my car.
