Everything was fine except when scheduling my service online, I selected the rental car option and got a voicemail confirming car availability and what to bring with me (license, proof of ins.). I assumed this was an included service to replace the shuttle ride I always got pre-COVID19. But upon arrival I learned that I had to pay for the rental. I can understand if you cannot include rentals at no cost, but this should be made clearer in the online scheduling process. More
