I brought my 2010 Dodge Grand Caravan in for possible transmission work. Travis found a Technical Advisory regarding transmissions and indicated all work would be done under warrenty. I went in for service for a left tie rod, alignment, and inspection. I walked out spending 3x as much as I wanted to due to other issues with the vehicle that I purchased from this same dealership less than inspection. No fault to the service department, the repairs were completed, but I was very disappointed it was not covered by warranty. Travis was very calm and apologized for the inconvenience and explained my options. Overall his professionalism was outstanding and I appreciate his explaining the services needed, cost, and why this work needed to be performed. The service department themselves were friendly from the time we walked in until the time we left. Transportation was offered and payment options were available to assist me in how to pay. I appreciate what Albany Dodge did for us and would recommend their service department overall. More

I can't say enough about the service i received when i took my van in for service. It was going to be an all day job and Annette arranged for me to have a loaner car for the day. The only thing easy about this place was the purchase of my 08 Avenger. After that its been hoop after hoop to jump through. Every time I leave this place I leave angry. The service people are incompetent and are constantly lying to your face. I am a 24 year old female. I've heard every lame line in the book from this place. Today, the latest BS excuse, is their reason why they will not replace (or work on without charge) my SECOND set of warped rotors that are within the warranty period. First set warped by 13k...they had a 18k warranty and were replaced. I am now at 28k and guess what... yup warped again. I was told today that the "parts warranty" (which apparently now applies as these aren't the original rotors) only goes for 12k... therefore I'm out of luck. I was told these had the same warranty as my originals. My personal favorite part? Upon my inquiry (just for giggles) as to what it would cost to resurface the rotors I was quoted a price of $186!!!!! After my sputtered "excuse me????" I was told "well we need to remove the tires and the brakes and calipers to get to the rotors". I had them done at my mechanics today for $15 a rotor. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH ALBANY DODGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
