On the appointment day Aimee told me that she can not pullup the email and that she would need the code from the email.( I finally found the original email after bringing the truck home and paying $26.95) There is no code in the email, so Aimee could of fixed the bill so that I would not have to pay anything. I would used the coupon in the correct time span, if Aimee used some customer satisfaction, after all I drove 17 miles from Clifton Park to Albany and returned. I passed a Dodge dealership along the way in Latham,and countless oil changing business too numerous to count. If I had went to the closest Dodge dealership and asked them to honor the Albany Dodge coupon without the coupon they might of said "yes". Especially if I promised them my business in the future.I have had no issues with Albany Dodge in the pass 2 years, but there's a first time! More

Was the second time I was in for a recall, again out of the part. Described the problem I was having with the front end when turning right or left. Service was for an oil change with an appointment. The vehicle was taken right away, the service advisor had everything ready. Appointment was for 7:30 AM and I was home by 8:30 AM.
