I have always been happy with Albany Dodge in the past.This time when I brought my 2010 Dodge Journey in for service,I asked the girl to make a note that my Lo Wash light keeps coming on.When I picke past.This time when I brought my 2010 Dodge Journey in for service,I asked the girl to make a note that my Lo Wash light keeps coming on.When I picked my truck up and drove away,the light came on.Also,this visit they did not put paper down on driver's side floor.I had just vacuumed the car and there was dirt on my rugs.Also,this visit I was not asked if I was waiting or leaving the vechicle.I wasted 3 hours,only to find that the truck was ready much earlier. I had great service....I think the dealership should consider oil changes as free maintenance if you purchase a car from them. I like the fact that they have coupons to use that you can print off the Al consider oil changes as free maintenance if you purchase a car from them. I was having no issues with my car until I went to have 4 new tires put on. After this was done there was a low air level light and I called the dealership to tell them. The response was it wasn't a big d new tires put on. After this was done there was a low air level light and I called the dealership to tell them. The response was it wasn't a big deal the sensors have to be reset so bring it in when you have time. When I brought in my vehicle for an oil change they looked at the sensors and said that 2 of them were broken and cost $76 a piece to fix. As there was no problem before I had new tires put on in their service department, and right after the sensor light was on I expected them to fix the TWO sensors which had been broken when they put on the new tires. I explained that I could overlook one of these being ruined but when putting 4 tires on to have 2 sensors not work after shows that they broke them and would not budge on replacing them. I am in the process of getting paperwork together to check the probability of 2 of them breaking at the same time, my phone records showing that I called right after receiving new tires and getting this issue fixed by those who broke it. I will not be returning to albany dodge for any type of service. If they corrected the issue, that would have been fine, but I don't enjoy being lied to. More

I came in for a tire service on a 2011 Dodge Journey. I am disappointed I had to buy new tires at only 24,000 miles, but that's another story. She then immediately took care of the problem and even offered a coupon to save a few bucks. No one likes spending money on repairs but I think Albany Dodge was fair and efficient. My only complaint is that I wish the waiting room was more comfortable. I have seen other local dealerships and Albany Dodge definitely falls short on comfort. More
